Wine CellarCheeseboards are regular glass wine bottles. Once the wine is consumed & enjoyed the labels are removed from the original bottle. The bottle is washed then placed into a special glass kiln and fired at approximately 1550 degree Fahrenheit. Once this process is complete, the kiln must be flash vented to prevent devitrifacation. All glass is then Annealed to eliminate fracturing. The process takes 4-5 hours, with the final cooling phase taking another 10 hours.
Most of the labels we use on our cheeseboards come from wine bottles purchased at the LCBO. Our most popular labels are: Fat Bastard, Dom Perignon, Dog House, Arrogant Frog along with many more. All make great host and hostess gifts.Wedding labels, Corporate Labels & Custom labels are available.
